MPE’s Tray-Type Vibrating Screen is standard equipment designed for sizing tests of ore samples, crushed stone, sand, gravel, slag, coke, coal, and similar materials in the range of 100 mm to 1 mm.

The unit can process up to one cubic foot of sample, separating it into two to seven size fractions. It is supplied with a control panel and timer for convenient operation.

The standard tray size is 600 mm × 600 mm × 90 mm (H), with an optional size of 500 mm × 500 mm × 90 mm (H) available. Trays can be fitted with either wire mesh or perforated sheets with square or round openings, depending on user requirements.

The standard machine includes a motor, bent claw frame, and starter. Screens, however, must be ordered separately based on the specific application.
