MPE’s Pan Mixers feature a circular pan rotating about its axis with one or two star-shaped paddles rotating vertically inside the pan. These mixers are widely used for mixing minerals to produce paver blocks, fly-ash bricks, and other construction materials. They effectively blend cement, fly-ash, and small granules to achieve a uniform mixture.
Constructed with a robust MS or SS base and heavy-duty rollers, the mixers include a hydraulic door for easy operation. They are available in various capacities, ranging from 10 kg to 1000 kg, to meet diverse client requirements.
Lab Model: MPE’s laboratory Pan Mixers feature a unique top-mounted mixing blade that ensures efficient and uniform mixing of minerals and aggregates under both dry and wet conditions. These machines can handle aggregate sizes up to 20 mm, providing precise control for smaller-scale or experimental applications.
Customs built designs are also available.
